Day Two - The Mountain States

Today we crossed Utah and entered Wyoming. Utah’s got rocks! I am becoming fairly adept at taking pictures through the windshield and will post a few this weekend, but they hardly convey the “purple mountain majesty” we are seeing firsthand. Fortunately, Eddy washed the windshield when we fueled up this afternoon, so I won’t have to shoot between the bug splatters tomorrow.

It’s great to get comments and advice through your blog postings, and reminds us that we are connected to all of you. Speaking of connections, one e-pal sent me an interesting blog from a couple of MoHos (that’s motor homers) who use a satellite to stay connected.

Today we will cross the rest of Wyoming and enter Nebraska and the prairie states. Goodbye rocks…hello corn!
